Now let’s get things straight – Bill Cosby was definitely a rapist, but I haven’t heard a peep about him being a child rapist.
His conviction for aggravated sexual assault was overturned on the grounds that his 5th Amendment and 14th Amendment due process rights had been violated.
So technically, he isn’t definitely a rapist (in the legal sense).
But in 2022 he was held liable for sexual assault against a minor in a civil suit.
