    They live hard lives, constantly die horrible slow deaths, get maimed all the time by our trash (stringfoot) or other traps & vehicles, and have surprising emotional intelligence (intra-family, intra-group, and even to humans that don’t even feed them).

    To some extend they “at least” have predators to keep the population somewhat healthy.

    Also ppl feeding pigeons directly isn’t the reason they live/survive in cities, so feeding them are only very localised issues (the immediate feeding area).

    Also2, UK isn’t even pretending to embraced individual freedom, lol, 5 years, that like more than megacorp crimes.

      Sure, but laws were never meant to protect you from megacorps, they were meant to protect the elite and their property (the cities are property of the elite) from you.

      @unexposedhazard @okwithmydecay I think it’s rather sweet of them.

      When compared with any other retirement housing, the promise of five years’ worth of accommodation, food and heating, all for the price of a slice of stale bread, looks generous to the point of charity. In the past, you had to rob a bank to get that, but now all the branches have closed I think it’s good that councils are providing alternative routes.
