WRC set for UK return with Rally Scotland from 2027

The FIA World Rally Championship will return to the United Kingdom in 2027 with the introduction of WRC Rally Scotland, marking the series’ comeback to one of rallying’s most historic territories.

I grew up watching the rallying, and this series has been away from the UK for a few years. The UK event was always in Wales when I used to watch it, so a Scottish event at the very top level of the sport is something I can’t wait to see!

      I caught the highlights of the recent Kenya one and it looked mental. It’s nice to see the sport looking healthy; I got out of the habit of watching regularly it during Loeb’s era of dominance because I just happened to no longer have a TV (and streaming wasn’t really a thing back then)

        Ogier is as dominant today imo, but there are plenty of cars and players. And I’m yet to see live rally, what better place to start?
