It’s literally a two-story, five-bedroom house that is not a mansion it’s a regular-ass house. A mansion At least five to six bedrooms and often over 10, typically spanning over 5,000 to 10,000+ square feet.
And if you play the game the inside of the house looks small AF.
It’s like what’s called a “McMansion” in the US. Cheaply made big house. Not a mansion though.
Where do you draw the line, though? For me, “mansion” means a house with rooms you don’t use. Like you have a ballroom, but you don’t use it unless you’re having a party. You have sitting rooms that are locked and the furniture is covered because you don’t need them. Bedrooms that are closed. Maybe a servant’s apartment built in. Stuff like that. Just wholly unnecessary shit.
The presence of a chandelier is the best sign of a mansion. 12 bedrooms, a resort style pool and sauna, but no chandelier? That’s a big-ass house.
3 bedrooms, one bathroom, and no backyard, but with a chandelier? Small mansion.
I agree. It’s just a big house. Now, look at Vercetti Estate. THAT is a mansion. It might not be very practical, but it looks and feel so big, and gives you that sense of power after you own it.
Eh, with a yard that big… it seems like a mansion to me.
All depends in perspective. To my relatives in China (very crowded place btw), my parents’ shitty Philly Suburb house would be considered a “mansion”… and its barely even 1200 sq ft…
