    I think I have a handle on the dairy allergy now, it’s been a niggling stress that I don’t need

    I also need to diet to lose weight and have vegan shake mix , so that’s a go

    I think I can do this, main problem is getting vitamins so I will take them too

        This oral allergy/allergies etc is terrifying n/k 😪 it can get much worse over time and that is not good,

        I just had scones for lunch made with almond milk, nuttelex, and with some raspberry jam . My lips are tingly and tongue hurts. There was no dairy, no yeast. I will have some without jam to tomorrow and see what happens

        it’s making me frightened to eat and is restricting my choices, making me eat badly

          I can see that. It must be frightening and annoying. Some people use coconut oil in their cooking/baking instead of other oils and butters. Maybe you could try that.

          Could there be something on your cutlery or utensils that are giving you a reaction like detergent or something. As much as I hate disposable bamboo spoons maybe give those a go too. I really hope you find out what the cause is. 🫂

    Just had fresh mussels cooked in beer and herbs with tear and share garlic bread and some salad. The Viet visitors were delighted.
