You can tell that’s a real math major/teacher because the graph is drawn like a child and the sin(x) doesn’t actually hit sin(0) = 0.
I swear it’s a requirement of math teachers that their graphs be drawn in a “eh, you know what I meant” kind of way.
The -pi being confusingly at both 0 and 1 depending on how you decide to read the label is just absolute math teacher trolling.
The Scientific American is reporting on this? How long until the name starts sounding like an oxymoron?
