Got sent an offer letter from a company I was excited to work for. Saw this in the letter:

Vacation: 7 paid vacation days annually, available after one year of service

Which was insane. I sent an email requesting that they share the rest of the benefits since they were not included( sick leave, unpaid days). Since I had no days off the first year, I asked if i had the ability to take unpaid days off in case of an emergency…

They replied with a rejection letter. I probably dodged a bullet.

They also asked me ‘what’s ur lowest salary expectation’ and when i told them i had to give a 2 weeks notice they said ‘ but we are in a hurry’
