If theres one thing I hate more than ghosting, its companies not valuing your time. I have to do 4 rounds for company A (which is my preferred job) while Im moving along in company B. Company A has been in the process for over a month now and I just finished round 2. I ask for clarity as to how long this is going to take because company B is already about to offer my a position. Now company A tells me theyre doing a “pause” for two weeks to evaluate candidates. What the actual fuck is this.
