So, I went for a long 2 months of interviews with a lot of people, got approved by all of them, they sent me the offer letter, got all my documents and now the onboarding proccess already started before the background check report was delivered, I also told the HR I made a few mistakes when filling the form and I’m open to clarify and validade they need, the problem is that I lied 2 companies on my cv and after I removed them and sent them the updated cv, I was self-employed for a long time, but I actually performed whats in the cv, just in different places with no contracts, but still I could provide numbers, names and emails for them if necessary, at least when they call my last job all the managers are gonna speak of me dearly, but I don’t now if they will accept the validation I’m able to provide, the project starts in like 15 days or so, they wont find any other inconsistency but this one, I never had problems with the law or bank credits, 100% clean, my academics is clean too, last job clean, I just used two companies I didnt work in the first cv but then I updated for one truthfull version but still scared, First Advange is making the background check, did anyone go thru this and still got the job? I’m in Brazil so it might work a bit different here
