Is this behavior normal? She is very sweet until she decides randomly to beat you up? She has my family legit scared.

She is 24/7 by my side, and lets me do anything to her, but randomly gets these we call “psycho moments” when she attacks us? Like she licks u and next second she has bitten the hell out of you.

Is this normal? How can I correct this behavior? I tend to hiss or blow at her and most of the times it works and she leaves me alone but she does not care when anyone else does it and continues biting or scratching them.
