Hey all, new to Topps, but not new to collecting cards. I’m familiar with serialized cards, but the way Topps does some of their organizing of cards is confusing.

Am I correct in believing this is an “orange parallel refractory foil”. Serialized number 1/25?

If so, is it worth anything? Not sure if I would sell it, or keep it, as it’s my favorite rat ever serialized anything.
