Hey guys, I’ve been applying to a lot of companies lately but still not getting many responses.

From reading other posts, it seems like a lot of hiring happens through referrals from friends/family, or internal connections.

Unfortunately, I don’t have many connections who can refer me to good MNCs/startups.

So I was thinking — why not create a small group of like-minded people in the same situation?

Idea is to keep it limited to around 45–60 members max, where we can help each other with referrals whenever someone’s skill set matches a job JD.

We can even set some basic criteria for joining (like minimum experience/current LPA range/etc.) so everyone in the group is in a somewhat similar stage of career and can genuinely help each other.

This way we can support each other instead of struggling alone through random applications.

What do you guys think? Would anyone be interested?

ps - I have around 3.8 yrs of experience
