Hello everyone! I’m looking for some quick advice on how to read my cats body language? Usually it’s easy to tell but when walking, it’s a whole new ball game.
For some backstory I’ve been leash training my cat indoors for maybe the last week or so. He’s been doing well. He now associates the harness with treats and comes to me when I bring it out.
We started outdoors today for maybe 5 minutes more or less, and he was walking around but he was kind of crouched a bit. His tail was swishing and his ears were perked up, he was uninterested in his treats but eating grass, and rolling around on the ground but not in a trying to get the harness off way.
I genuinely couldn’t tell if he was exploring and just being curious/cautious, or trying to find an escape route lol
