My cat has blue/grey eyes - one of them is turning slightly yellow as seen in photo attached

Since we got him as a kitten, he’s had brown eye boogers

It was never really an issue, but a few times now in the past few months, he cleans his face and ends up irritating his eye(s) and ends up keeping that eye shut for a day or two.

And I don’t know what this little black spot in his nose is

He is eating/drinking and going to the litter as normal though
