I am about to get a kitten, I have a friend with a pregnant cat, and once the kittens are old enough I will be taking one of them. I have had a cat before, but it was many years ago before I started getting into growing plants.

If I need to get rid of all of my plants, I definitely will, but I do love them very much and would like to keep them if possible. I currently have a monstera, five pothos/golden pothos hanging plants, a rubber ficus, a dracaena, an orchid, and a dracaena compacta.

My question is, which plants are definitely going to hurt my kitty if he/she gets to them, and any recommendations for keeping cats away from plants if I am able to keep them. Are pothos safe if they are hanging from hooks on my ceiling?
