We were feeding an outdoor cat for about a year. We got him a heated house, always gave him food and water. He would not come within 10 feet of us. He’s a gorgeous Siamese cat. We moved, so we trapped him and put him in the garage since it was the dead of winter and extremely cold. He has been in there for 6 months. He still wouldn’t let us get within 6 feet. We opened the door now that it’s warmer. We were still going to feed him and put his heated house outside. He stuck his head out the door and ran back into his little house in the garage. We are able to get within a couple of feet before he runs away. Do you think he will ever let us pet him?
