every morning I wake up and this cat is just sitting on my chest staring at my face. not purring. not blinking. just studying me. I always thought it was love. I thought she was gaurding me in my sleep like a little furry angel. then my coworker told me about that study where cats will literally start eating you if you pass away in your home and now I realize she wasnt protecting me. she was checking. Every morning she sits on my chest to see if today is the day. and when I open my eyes I swear she looks disappointed. I am a meal plan to this animal.
