This job market is cooked that even people with no IT knowledge runs some company just to make money. I joined in a startup as a 1st employee on 2024 November my salary was 10k. This man so called boss had mentioned that 10k is a base pay and he said that he pays some more extra on performance basis of the interview, after giving the interview for 1 whole month and a 3hr long HR round I accepted the offer and was paid 10k after assurance of an increment on monthly basis as performance bonus each month. He said the same for 6 months, but no such increment or nothing. He literally treated us (2 other people got hired with me) like a slave.

He said that daily I have to push code and record it in the excel that’s fine “Okay acceptable” but look at the “morning wishes” He says everyday morning I have to reach the office and wish him Good morning in the Teams and record that I have wished him good morning today! I felt so stupid, how can someone do this? He wont even make an appearance in the offc and the “seen zones” my good mrng messages! If he pays me is he god? we also come from a respected family, everyone has to be respected first no common sense.
For 6 months I have been working there, finding no way as a new graduate trying to figure out things, what step to take, no proper jobs, job market down… nobody to guide. literally I wasted 6months of my time with stupid company and boss.
Guess what when I asked for a salary raise just as he promised, he says is that mentioned in the offer so cleverly and says this is our company who is giving me money to work here? “I felt sorry for myself joining here”
He is a mad really…has no knowledge he is not even an IT professional, he works in a stock market! Freshers has to be really careful coz people like this exist in the market.
This point would make you think that he’s a real mad,
"An other day, me and colleague went to restroom in the mid of working, he was noticing it everytime we go to restroom having each other’s company. Man he’s taking a lecture for an hour that going to washroom together will affect productivity! how stupid is he! I should have filed a case against him for harassment, even going to the washroom is wrong 🤦♀️
