I’ve been trying to get land a job with this company for a while now, got into the finalist pool for a position last fall (x3 rounds), but wasn’t selected. I was told to apply again if other positions became available, I did so and once again got to the finalist round as of March 31st. I was told I’d hear back at the end of that week or the beginning of the following . . . when I didn’t, I reached out for an update on April 8th, and as of today–I still have not heard anything back. Unlike the process last fall, which I heard back promptly–I am just sure how to interpret the prolonged delay/ghosting. Probably in my head about this, but after 6 interviews in less than 6 months with this company–I had hoped for more professional communication.
