I work in a high demanding field so I am lucky to do some window shopping while having a job. Passing round 1 - 2 - 3 and receiving early offers. I hope to land somewhere by the beginning of summer but for now it’s just cherry picking. I do only apply into companies where I really see myself working. Except for Deloitte but now I am accidentally in the 3rd round.

Do recruiters notice this? Will my name be shared eventually if I continue doing this?
