Like seriously I hate this concept of ghost jobs, misleading and such a time waste. I’ve been looking for a job for quite some time now and was getting no luck so far but I made a little change and started tailoring my resume as per the type of role I’m targeting and it did get me some call backs but none of it have turned into an offer so far. Time taking process but it’s working ig? Except for times when such recruiters are sitting behind the screen just to collect and ignore it.
