Extremely unprofessional workplace with no proper management system or clear vision. The company feels completely directionless, and employees are treated poorly as a result. The managing partners are arrogant and often immature, and are frequently seen arguing among themselves, which clearly shows a lack of unity at the top. Any attempt to seek guidance is brushed off or pushed into clerical work. There is no teamwork, only backbiting even among the few employees. All the ex employess/interns have said that their experience was completely ruined because of this company’s lack of professionalism. They do not value your efforts at all, and even promised deliverables like certificates are not provided. If you are looking for a good work experience, avoid this place.
