I don’t think this is normal. She got spayed 7 hours ago and Vet said she should be up in 45 minutes but dizzy. it has been 7 hours and she is still unresponsive. She is breathing and occasionally blinks and twitches but that is it. When I pet her, she does not move or react to anything.

At some point, she woke up and turned to lay on her other side while shaking then she went back to being unresponsive. All Veterinary clinics are closed now in my country and I’m really worried about her. Is this normal?
