I’m not sure if this is a medical question but the people in r/catadvice weren’t approving it for a whole week so I decided to post here .

I got my cat new food, ‘Taste of the Wild’. We feed this brand to my dog, and my cat sometimes steals my dog’s food instead of eating hers. We assumed she liked it, and I just started weaning her off her old food, ‘Meow Mix.’

I just mixed her a bowl of both foods, and she literally picked around the new food, only eating the old stuff. Is there a way to fix this? Should I mix it with wet food?
