Company in NYC looking for a sales director.
Advertised salary range $300k-$500k.
They did the math. Or meth.
If your company’s each deal allegedly generates $250k in revenue, wouldn’t that be enough cash flow to pay a sales director their fair $150-$190k a year base to support their life in NYC?
And if it commission’s only which we can gather from “uncapped potential” and “success driving your income” - why on Earth is the person only making 8% of new revenue generated?
