I had a phone screen scheduled for Monday, 4/13 at 3pm. I waited … emailed 15 mins after saying “hey are we still good?” … nothing.

I emailed again after 5pm. Nothing.

Messaged her Tuesday, 4/14, on LinkedIn saying I hope my email didn’t get lost. She immediately emails me saying “I called you multiple times but it kept going to voicemail and it also looks like my email didn’t go through.” Mmmmm…ok.

She asked for more availability to reschedule, I sent it.

It’s now been 24+ hours since I sent more availability and I haven’t heard anything.

I feel like I just need to give up? But I’m admittedly super frustrated because this role is a great fit and the company is highly reviewed and interesting to me. Shame to miss out on an opp in this market because I’ve been ghosted.

Not sure what advice there is but just needed to vent at least. Haha
