Recently adopted a 5 year old cat and while she’s perfect in nearly every way, she only seems to use the litter box when I’m not there. If I’m home she has to be with me 24/7, which is fine until I wake up because she had peed all over my bed. I originally used the same litter the shelter did (pine pellets) but switched to unscented traditional litter and nothing. Still peeing on my bed. She will use it when I’m not home but man idk what to do, but I can’t let her turn my apartment into her personal litter box. I just can’t.
