Last year I was able to get 1 hobby box of Chrome and 2 hobby boxes of topps finest (Drake Maye and Caleb Auto) shipped to Mississauga, Ontario with relatively no issues from Topps directly. Saw yesterday going to be via EQL process so I thought it would be as easy as last year and was excited to see what auto I could get.

Everything went well until I had to put my zip code in and on my phone only allowed number. I tried copy it from notepad and pasted it turned it into numbers. I tried the laptop same thing.

Escalated and they responded to my inquiry quickly but I wasn’t able to secure anything. All I got was a response saying they would escalate this so it wouldn’t happen again. My only issue is that this isn’t first launch. I tried getting Baseball hobby boxes from Topps directly last 2 weeks with bots grabbing everything within a minute. Either way end up in the same place with nothing.
