I shipped this March 5th and the buyer asked for a refund since it never arrived. So I did. It was $18 but I just had a guy reach out to me asking if a card I bought from him has arrived. I told him it has but it still shows him that it has not been delivered. So I’m wondering if the Shohei card could have been delivered and I refunded the money back for no reason. What’s the next step though? Who do I contact regarding the card?
