This is the season of summer, and my home is pretty heated up. I run fans and coolers to keep it cool. Th cats have access to a spacious balcony which is bit cool. My cats slept all day, noon, and evening and now they are very active. They play like crazy and pant and continue playing. I stop them worrying they will over heat.
They then rest for 20 minutes in one place and THEN I CATCH THEM PANTING WITH TONGUE OUT.
I have repeatedly offered water with chicken bone broth, and switched completely to wet food with extra water. They then eat food, relax and again start panting.
I really start to worry so I wipe them with cool water and and also set a towel and keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes and then let them play with it. Ash who also pants improves, but summer keeps panting every 10 minutes even at rest for a few seconds with tongue out.

Summer is eating fine, and pooping fine, and also has good physical activity. I am really worried about any underlying medical condition.

Help me out. Thank you so much in advance. Let me know if there is anything that I can do better.
