I honestly feel like I might just be too old for the jobs going now. I’m stagnating in my current role with no scope for career progression or new opportunities. My interviews haven’t been car crashes and the last one I thought went well which adds to the stress; am I just delusional and have a completely different read on these experiences than the employers I’m talking to?
