Seriously, what is with some of these questions where the sole purpose is to trip you up? Had a screening call with a recruiter yesterday. He asks what 3 qualities I think someone needs to succeed in this role. I list them. Then he asks for me to rate myself on a scale of 1-10 for each. Bro, what? Do I say 10’s across the board to make myself seem confident or 5’s to seem humble. So dumb.
