Just wanted to pass the info along incase anybody did not know;

Several companies produce these tests and they use them for various purposes. Occasionally they are a simple behavior screening but from my personal experience the majority of the time they are testing you for consistency.

For example, they are essentially asking you the same questions entirely rephrased in order to see if and on what you change your answer/position.

They might ask something like: “I enjoy working in a fast paced environment” and then later something like “I prefer to take my time on my work”. Or “I’m the first one to suggest and implement new ideas and improvements” then “I prefer to stick to reliable methods”.

It’s pretty much in your best purpose to always assume the identity of a corporate shill when filling these out. Whether it’s a behavioral assessment or a consistency assessment. Also it probably goes without saying but if you get questions like “i often/sometimes make mistakes” don’t tell the fucking truth lol
