Hey guys, my sister’s friend has a cat, and he’s had this eye infection for about a year now. She’s never taken him to the vet for it. I’ve always been concerned about him. I have two cats of my own, but he seems so miserable. My sister has told me that her friend doesn’t change his litter often, so he pees and pops around the house. Last time I was over my sister told my ti bribg my cat Bob so they could play aperently her friends cat has been showing signs of depression. I guess what I want to get out of this post is advice should I take him to the vet, or call animal control? I would take him in trust me I have thought about it but I already have two cats I can’t afford another one 😭 (also don’t want to shame her bc it seems like she has depression but the cat shouldn’t have to pay for it)
