Coming this week, I’ll have an interview for the exact same position with the exact same interviewer. I’m trying to tell myself that no matter what if they’re mad/annoyed/confused, I got to this stage legitimately. It wasn’t with some second email or fake resume. Like before, I applied, took one of those 50-question assessments, and then the next day I got an email telling me they (the company) liked my results and to schedule an interview. They give a calendarly link and everything.
I’m not just applying out of spite. I genuinely want to work there, in any of the positions I applied for. And it’s just so weird. Rejected immediately after the interview, yet still able to go through the process again. No doubt they’ll notice. I don’t know if they’ll ask why I applied again, though I could always respond “why did you invite me to interview again?” (I’m not going to do that). In total, this’ll be my third interview with the company. There was the first time for this position, then one for a different position that actually went really well (they were even aware I was applying to multiple positions.)
