This baby came up running and meowing at me today 😥 someone put duct tape around her neck and left it on for weeks, maybe even a month. When I took the duct tape off, maggots were falling out of it and her neck smelled fowl. I gave her some dinner, a bath, and a blanket with a heater. She seems in better spirits now
