I’ve been hesitant to share this.

I’m a former employee at Western Overseas (Chandigarh). During my time there, I faced a situation involving a relatively new HR representative where professional boundaries became blurred over time.

What started as normal interaction gradually turned uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel supported enough to raise it internally. It eventually pushed me to leave and affected my mental well-being.

I’m keeping identities out of this—but I do think companies need to seriously look at accountability when issues involve HR itself.
