It’s been 48 hrs since spay, I’ve given her all her medication.

she’s eating Energetically drinking water liberally and pooping/peeing about twice a day. But she’s veryyyyy lethargic all she wants to do is sleep and cuddle with me. She was very energetic and independent before the spay so I’m just concerned. I called the vet and they won’t answer. should I bring her to the vet or should I wait until I see more symptoms?
