Got a fright last night when this kitty rubbed against my leg while getting my house keys. I’ve seen him before but never this close to the house. He kept trying to get in the front door later on. He looks to be a young cat (but not a kitten) and is quite aggressive as well.

I don’t mind him but my parents absolutely despise cats; they just want them gone from the property, despite me telling them that it doesn’t work that way. They don’t really listen to me because I actually love cats, so they don’t take me seriously.

I was wondering if there are any safe deterrents we can put in our garden to ward the cat away? It’s more for the cats sake then ours, as I don’t want my dad chasing him off or hurting him accidentally.
