My cat is howling like that everyday for an insane amount of time, usually right at the entrance door. He used to do that a lot about a year ago, I went to the vet, they did all sorts of tests on him and nothing came out except the fact he had to have most of his teeth removed. I was wondering if he’s angry because I started giving him more wet food now, or does he miss my mum that occasionally takes care of him? Or does he miss his previous owner? I’ve had him for 2.5 years now. I think the previous owner have had him for 4 years or so. (He’s approx 6 years old). There was a time when he stopped meowing so much, I tried figuring out what was different but I couldn’t come up with anything. He’s fed, has fresh water and a clean litter box. We also play with him every day and have Feliway plugged in and it doesn’t seem to work.
