I just brought home this stray girl, and my heart breaks for her. She’s very avoidant and scared of everything. Based on her reactions, I’m worried she was mistreated on the streets. I’m giving her all the space she needs and taking things slow. I know it will take time, but I can’t wait for the day she finally feels safe enough to trust me.
