“You need to just apply to McDonalds or Walmart they hire anybody with a pulse.”

I’m sick of all these crap NONE of this stuff works. Everyone is NOT hiring. I’m so tired of being gaslit into thinking the job market is actually fantastic and I’m apparently just not “trying hard enough” it’s so exhausting. I’ve submitted hundreds of applications and not getting anywhere. Nothing is working. I’ve come to understand that people who aren’t currently seeking a job right not will NEVER understand how brutal it actually is right now.
