Our male 3 months old Siamese kitten has these dry, scab-like rashes behind his ears and some pink rashes on his legs.

There’s no dirt or discharge inside the ears, just the skin at the back. He does scratch it often and we’re not sure if this could be:

scratching irritation

fleas/allergies

or something like ringworm?

Has anyone experienced something similar? What did it turn out to be and what helped?
