Based on YOUR experience, did it feel like the market actually had any gaps?

For me personally, it always felt like there was a job/opportunity shortage if anything. That is also consistent with all of us having to kiss asses of employers for a chance at a living wage(or less).

But its possible that I am too biased. So please do share your take and what you felt like in the job market.

P.S. The job market here can be anywhere and any field because I personally have not seen any place where employers were chasing down graduates to shower them with rewards. It’s always been the opposite. But when you answer, you can just talk about the market relevant to you. Just mention it so that we can contextualize your response.
