Cat came in via carrier. Voiced many complaints. Attempted to exit carrier, then decided maybe she did not want to get out, and the resulting turmoil of indecision resulted in carrier tipping over and cat tumbling out.

I will admit I did laugh.

Cat is now very loudly insisting she must speak to management. She appears to be completely beside herself about the quality of service and/or accommodations offered here.

I am just a humble employee, please do not fire me, this job means everything to me. The quality of our accommodations are not up to me!
