Our male cat, who is almost 7, has started peeing on our front door. This started about about a week ago when the cat got outside for about 10 minutes out the front. We were able to get him really quickly. We let him outside in our fenced backyard when it’s nice out, so we can sit and watch him. It’s been cold again, so we haven’t been letting him out. He’ll cry to be let out and then we’ll find pee on the door and floor if we don’t let him out. Any advice to deter him from doing this? I am using an enzyme based cat urine specific cleaner to clean the door, floor and walls.
