My resume was passed to an external recruiter (retained).
This is my first time working with a retained recruiter so looking for some insight. I was told by the recruiter that I was a “great” candidate. And then when I finally had my interview with the client hiring manager; the feedback was also “I’m great”. That feedback was passed from the hiring manager to the recruiter
I know the retained recruiter gets paid if I get placed right? How much can their advocacy help me?
I’m being set up for the next set of Interviews. Would you agree this is positive so far?
