I literally built the stupid system. Spent six hours last fall re-writing the knock-out questions so it would stop booting folks who had three temp gigs in 2022. Monday I uploaded my updated résumé with “Ava, Sr. Recruiter → Freelance” spanning two lines and it pinged me with “Applicant has excessive job history. Decline.”
