First time poster here. I’m sorry for the terrible photo quality, it was the only one I could take before he ran away.

I’ve been taking care of this feral cat for a while now and the first time I’ve seen him today I noticed this bald spot on his head. It had a tiny hole in it, kinda looking like a cat puncture wound. It was leaking some pus but there was barely any blood. The cat was acting perfectly normal, and didn’t seem to be in any pain.

I searched online and it says it could be something called an abscess? Anyone have any idea?
