This company is recruiting for a specialist role, and a department manager aswell. I would qualify even for the department manager role but anyway, they reached out to me using a recruiter.

Sent them my resume, had my first interview with the hiring manager and was told to do a logical test. Most part of it was choosing a figure thats missing based on whats lined up, half colored, different shapes, and a small part of it was mathematical.

I saw the test results and I was very average, in the middle.

However, they proceed to go ahead with other candidates. Although they liked me and everything. It was an onsite job but anything imo is better than being unemployed in this market.

So annoying, because the questions from the test have nothing to do with the actual work. I just call it bullshit. I had all the hopes to get the job, but whatever.
